How I Work

A board calls when they can't diagnose the problem.

A leader calls when they already have.

Momentum has stalled. A decision won't move. A leadership team isn't functioning. The visible problem doesn't explain what's really going on.

Either way, I work with the person carrying the decision. Not their team. Not a committee.

One conversation, usually, to know if it’s the right fit. Then three to six months of direct, one-on-one work.

Some conversations happen across a table.

Some happen on a screen.

Some happen walking the land.

The format isn't the point. Distance creates perspective.

Sometimes the answer appears quickly. More often, what's really happening takes time to surface. My role isn’t to prescribe. It’s to name what has become difficult to see.

No workshops. No reports. No frameworks.

Just an outsider's perspective that makes the obstacles visible and the path forward clear.
