I work with founders and CEOs when something is stuck.

The decision that has been deferred for a year. The tension the leadership team can feel but can’t quite name. The issue everyone has learned to work around.

After thirty years inside financial services, fintech and platform businesses, as an operator, founder and Managing Director, I’ve learned to look past what I’m being told.

Because the presenting problem is rarely the real one.

I come in from the outside, with nothing to protect and no side to be on. I listen carefully, ask the questions others avoid, and build an accurate picture of what is really happening: in the team, in the organisation, and often in the leader themselves.

The strategy is usually sound. What’s missing is a clear view of why it isn’t happening.

In three weeks, I talk to the people who matter. You get a straight read on what’s going on, what is getting in the way, and what it will take to shift.

My background is business. The work is human.

If this sounds familiar, it starts with one conversation.
