The office is a feedback loop of agendas, pressure and performance. Stepping away isn't an escape. It's a way to see more clearly.

Some conversations are easier to have when there is nowhere to hide.

We are on Darkinjung Country, in a World Heritage area. We walk. We talk. We sit with the question that won’t go away.

My role is not to provide answers. It's to help make visible what has become difficult to see.

What you leave with isn't a framework or a report. Just a clearer view of what was there all along.

And sometimes that's enough to shift everything.
