The Reset

I truly love the land we live on. It's nature at its purest. And it’s a mirror.

Having lived in the city my whole life, I had no idea what this land would do to me.

It has a quality that is hard to put in words. Its stillness is one thing. But it has a presence that can only be felt. Honest, raw, beautiful, ancient and wise.

Being here full time stripped away everything that was no longer needed. It reduced me to a bare, raw version of myself, where I couldn't hide behind my old stories or identities anymore. Brutal, not always easy. Not a reckoning but surely a dismantling.

That bare, raw version was always there, just buried.

That’s exactly what prepared me to do the work I do now. As a troubleshooter for senior leaders and their teams, I've found that before we can fix a complex business problem, we usually need to strip back a few layers of the people trying to solve it.

Since the land has played such an important role for me, and can be such a catalyst, bringing it into my work felt like the natural next step.

That's how the idea for The Reset emerged.

A day on this land, a two hour drive from Sydney. No mobile phone coverage, no rigid framework, just the space to see what you can't see from inside the noise.
It's a day to regain your clarity, to see what’s actually there.

If your team, or your leadership, needs a shift that a boardroom offsite won't fix, get in touch and let's talk about a reset.
